Easy & Simple Sandwich
Mom went back to Taiwan yesterday. Really missed the days that she was here. The house was so quiet, I hope my mom can come back soon to visit us again.
I really missed the breakfast sandwich I had in Taiwan. Although I couldn't make it the exactly same way but this sandwich satisfied my craving.
Serving: 3 Sandwiches
Ingredient:
1. 6 slices which bread.
2. Half shredded Taiwan cucumber (I bought this from Chinese supermarket)
3. 3 Eggs - scramble
4. Slices cheese
5. Ham
6. Mayonnaise
7. white pepper power
Steps:
1. shredded the cucumber (the picture showing here is Taiwan Cucumber)
2. beat the eggs and pour a little bit beaten egg into the non-stick pan (about 3 Table spoon) and let it fried a little bit about 1 minute on each side until it becomes a thin egg skin. finish all the beaten eggs.
3. cut the four sides off the sliced white bread and toast a little bit
4. spread some mayonnaise on the bread.
5. start layer all the ingredients. Cheese, ham, egg, and cucumber. sprinkle some white pepper powder on the last layer. then cover the bread.
Enjoy ~
